The Scallywags team are like an extended family to my 1 Yr old. When we arrive outside of a morning her little face lights up and she has now started stretching her arms out to the caregiver who collects her at the door. The communications are always very clear and personal at pick up or through the app or email, and the team are incredibly flexible wherever their schedules or staffing allows. I can hugely recommend it for babies/young toddlers.
